Need information on the activity report in general? Click here.
As a manager, you have access to view any team members specific activity report by clicking on the "select account" drop down that is located under the date range. Once you select the account you want to view, you can select any filters that you want for that specific user's report.
You can also export a .csv for multiple users. This will create a spreadsheet with data for each user in one place.
To do that, select "export for multiple users" on the top left hand side of the screen
Once you do that, a pop-up window will appear with all team members and you can select which member activity you want to view on the report. You can also select all users by pressing the "select all users" button in the bottom left hand corner. The report will be emailed to you.
The report displays the same information as a single user activity report, but, the overview and categories section will have combined data between however many accounts you have selected.
The business information will be the same as what is on a single user activity report, but you will see a column that tells you which user contacted that business.
How Can I Help My Team?
Some questions to ask when you are reviewing an activity report:
- Are they sending enough messages to be successful? Review our strategies and workflows to get a sense of how much outreach is necessary to generate consistent, quality leads.
- Are they leveraging different channels of outreach? A common problem is becoming too reliant on one form of prospecting (only sending emails). This can diminish the value of the dominant channel.
- Are they contacting the same business multiple times, or moving on if they don't hear back after the first attempted contact? This can be difficult to ascertain from the activity reports alone, but is a great question to ask if you are brainstorming ways to increase leads.
- Are they targeting good tenant categories for the space available? The pie chart should provide a good sense of the types of businesses they are going after.
