# Resquared Email Compliance

We take data privacy and ethical outreach seriously. Here’s how we ensure responsible use of business email addresses on our platform:

### **📬 How We Collect Email Addresses**

All email addresses available on Resquared are publicly listed and associated with businesses — typically found on company websites, public directories, or professional platforms.

We do **not** collect private or personal email addresses. Only business emails, publicly linked to a company, are included, meaning the business has effectively opted into communication.

### **🎯 How These Emails Are Used**

Our platform is built for **B2B outreach only**.

Resquared users connect with local businesses through personalized, professional email campaigns — not bulk spam.

We use our proprietary AI to ensure every message is relevant, targeted, and value-driven.

### **🚫 Automatic Unenrollment**

If a contact replies, they’re automatically removed from your email campaign.

If they reply with something like "stop" or "remove me from your list", that business will be automatically excluded from all campaigns in your account.

### **🧹 Data Removal Requests**

Want to be removed from our database? No problem. Email us at human@re2.ai[mailto:support@re2.ai](mailto:support@re2.ai)

Once verified, your business email will be promptly removed.

### **🔐 We Do Not Collect Personal Data**

Resquared does **not** store or process private personal information.We only use public business contact details, ethically sourced and verified. No sensitive personal data is ever collected.

### **✅ Compliance with CCPA & GDPR**

Resquared adheres to relevant privacy regulations, including the **California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)** and **General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)**.

We support your right to control and opt out of business email communications at any time.
