How to Use AI Sequences

✉️ Step-by-Step: Creating Outreach with AI Sequences

1. Go to the Sequences

Click on Sequences in the menu, then select New Sequence. You’ll see a new blue button: Generate with AI.

2. Fill Out the Details

A new screen will pop up asking for four key pieces of info:

• What you're offering
• Your target audience
• Your value proposition
• Your email signature

Let’s continue with our example:

“We’re a seafood restaurant in Chicago offering weekday lunch specials for locals.”

The more detail you give, the better your sequence will be!

3. Click “Create AI Sequences”

After filling out the info, click Create AI Sequences. In seconds, you’ll get a complete sequence with:

• An intro email
• Automated follow-ups (e.g. after 2 days, after 3 days)
  
  

4. Edit, Refine, and Launch

You can:

• Edit or rewrite any part of the sequence
• Add an AI-generated snippet
• Regenerate the sequence with new inputs
• Save your draft or go to the next step to activate it
