How to Make Sure You're Receiving All Your Lead Emails

Sometimes, you might be getting replies from leads, but they’re not showing up in your main inbox.

This can happen because emails sent from Resquared come from domains like @re2.ai, which may be automatically filtered into your spam or junk folder.

🛠️ What to Do

Follow these steps to make sure you’re not missing any valuable replies:

  • Open your email account
  • Go to your Spam or Junk folder (usually on the left-hand menu)
  • If you find any emails from us there, select the message and click:
    “Not spam” or “Move to inbox”

This will ensure that future messages from this sender go directly to your primary inbox.

💡 Check Directly Inside Resquared

Even if the email didn’t reach your inbox, you can always check your replies directly in the platform:

  • Log in to your Resquared account
  • Navigate to the Communication Center
  • Click on the "Replies" tab
  • Review all messages received, including those not yet delivered to your email
