CRM BCC

This feature is meant to connect a users’ outreach to their CRM, or alternatively, to set a BCC address for all emails sent through the platform

How to use

Hover over your profile located on the top right of the page and select the “Add CRM Bcc” option from the drop-down menu.



A popup will appear, consisting of four sections: CRM system, CRM email address, and two toggles for Bcc options.


Select your CRM system, click the dropdown labeled “Select your CRM”. You can choose from four options: Hubspot, Salesforce, Basecamp, or other.


In the “CRM Email” section, enter the email address you wish to Bcc on Resquared communications.


The toggles in the last section determine whether you want to Bcc on initial emails, reply emails, or both.


After completing these steps, the Bcc option will automatically appear every time you compose an email with the selected email address.


If you have already added a CRMBCC you can edit these settings by hovering over your profile and selecting the “Edit CRM Bcc settings”

    • A pop up will appear. Here you edit your CRM system, the CRM email, as well as your Bcc options. You can also remove your CRM Bcc by clicking the “Remove CRM Bcc” setting on the bottom left of the window.
