Cancelling Scheduled Emails

You can cancel emails from sending that have been scheduled from the scheduling tool or the send all feature either individually or in bulk.

Single Cancel

To cancel emails one at a time, go to the list that you have scheduled emails from. When in a list you can tell which emails have been scheduled by looking for the closed envelope icon with a blue clock next to the business name.

You can then hover over the icon to see what date and time the email is scheduled to go out.

Click on the icon to pull up the email itself as well as when it is scheduled to send.

To cancel, click the "cancel scheduled" red button in the right hand corner of the pop-up box.

You can also click on the business itself, the info box will pop up on the right hand side of the screen, and then click on the email address that is marked as schedule to pull up the same box as above.

You will know that the email has been cancelled when you no longer see the envelope/clock icon next to the business name.

Bulk Cancel

To cancel a large chunk of emails at once, click on the "scheduled emails" button on the top toolbar (it is the first icon).

A screen will then appear that will show you emails you have scheduled between the selected amount of dates. Be sure to change the time frame in the upper right hand corner to the appropriate window of time you would like to cancel emails from. You can select a day, week, or month.

Once you have selected your chosen time frame, you will see a list of emails you have scheduled. From there you can either select each specific email from the check box to the left of the email itself or hit "select all emails" in the upper right hand corner. Once your selection is made, click on "cancel scheduled emails".

A few things to note:

  • You can only cancel future emails. Not emails that are already in the queue to go out that day.
  • Once you cancel emails, the emails counts will repopulate for the appropriate day based on how many you cancelled. For example, if I had 10 emails scheduled for Monday, but ended up cancelling them, I will get those 10 emails back in my daily email count limit.
