1. Use the right email address
You must email agent@re2.ai from the same email address that has an active Resquared account and is registered to your account executive in Resquared.
If you're not sure what email is linked, ask your Resquared point of contact or ask us at human@re2.ai
2. Start one email thread for each campaign
Each new thread you start with the agent is treated as a new campaign request.
If you start a thread and don’t explicitly say not to launch a campaign, the AI will prep and launch one.
If you reply to an old thread (where a campaign has already been launched) and request a new campaign, the AI may miss it. It’s best to start a new thread when launching something new.
3. Let the AI think 🤔
The agent is designed to make decisions for you — use it like a strategist, not a typing tool.
If you give it a broad goal like “get us more fitness studios in Austin,” it’ll research, write, and launch a campaign based on best practices.
I want more leads from [X type of business] in [Y city]. Can you help?
If you try to micro-control every detail, it defeats the point. You can do that in the Resquared app instead.
4. Experiment, it's built for that
Ask the agent to try something new.
“Try a more playful tone.”
“Focus on walk-in traffic this time.”
“Can you A/B test two subject lines?”
It can even reference past campaigns and suggest improvements.
“What worked best in our last two campaigns?”
“What should we try next?”
5. Campaigns launch automatically (unless you say otherwise)
The AI will launch a campaign about 1 hour after sending you the initial plan, unless you reply with changes or delays.
If you want to pause or cancel, reply immediately.
This must be done before the campaign is launched. If the campaign launches and you’d like to cancel, simply log in to your account and remove the campaign.
Otherwise, it goes live and you'll start seeing results (and replies) in your inbox.
You can see the campaigns anytime by logging in to your Resquared account.
